
Dick Mageungue
Dick Alberto Maguengue is a Mozambican economist and international consultant with solid experience in public finance, institutional governance, and the management of donor-funded programs. He serves as Director of the Economics Program at Zambezi University, where he leads academic processes, institutional management, and higher-education quality assurance.
He has worked as a consultant to the Education Sector Support Fund (FASE), supported by partners such as the World Bank, the European Union, KfW, and USAID, contributing to the strengthening of fiduciary systems, financial analysis, audits, and risk mitigation. His professional background also includes municipal finance advisory work, application of the PEFA methodology, and participation in international forums, including the International Truth and Justice Tribunal Conference in the United States.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and History.
