Founder & President, AYOCA and Afroscopie
Giscard Ndjogou Nguisamba is a journalist, media entrepreneur, and social impact leader committed to amplifying African and diaspora voices through storytelling, media innovation, and community-driven development.
He is the Founder and President of AYOCA (Africa You Can), a pan-African social impact organization focused on youth empowerment, financial inclusion, cultural education, and sustainable community development across Africa and the diaspora. Through initiatives in media, education, entrepreneurship, and grassroots finance, AYOCA works to create practical solutions that address structural inequalities while restoring agency to local communities.
Giscard is also the Founder of Afroscopie, a digital media platform dedicated to telling Africa’s stories from an African perspective. Afroscopie produces documentaries, interviews, live debates, and editorial content that explore politics, culture, innovation, and social transformation across the continent and the global African diaspora. The platform serves as both a media outlet and a bridge between information, education, and action.
With a background in journalism and international collaboration, Giscard’s work sits at the intersection of media, social justice, and economic empowerment. He is particularly interested in alternative financial models, community savings systems, digital transformation, and the role of media in shaping inclusive futures.
Through his involvement with IQTJ, Giscard brings a global, diasporic, and impact-driven perspective, contributing to initiatives that connect storytelling, education, and systemic change.
